Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using OneTap Reviews, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to represent the business you register.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful content, no impersonation, no manipulating reviews in a way that violates third-party platform policies, and no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
Reviews and feedback
OneTap Reviews provides tools to collect feedback and route customers to review platforms. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party platform (Google, Tripadvisor, etc.) you link to.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Availability
We work hard to keep the service running, but we provide it "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For questions, email hello@onetap-review.com.
