Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when creating an account (name, email, business details), the content you add to your profile, and analytics about how your QR codes and cards are scanned. Customer feedback submitted through your review flow is stored on your behalf.
How we use information
We use your information to operate the service, generate your public profile and analytics, send you product and account communications, and improve OneTap Reviews. We never sell your data.
Customer review data
Private feedback collected through your review flow belongs to you. It is shown only in your dashboard and is never made public. Public review redirects send customers to third-party platforms (Google, Tripadvisor, etc.) governed by those platforms’ own policies.
Data sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, database, email) under strict confidentiality. We may disclose information if required by law.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and basic analytics to understand usage. We do not use advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your dashboard, or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated data.
